New comp

Hi guys
im going into second year uni next year and need a new desktop.
But dont have a clue wat to look for cos i dont have a clue with computers, just know how to use one.
Need it to run photoshop, and all the other adobe programs.
Be able to run decent games.
So need it to be fast really, as fast as poss, but my budget is only £600.
Could someone give me some tips on wat i should look for in the desktop.
Or even give me the best spec i should look for

goto overclockers.co.uk and check out their systems, there intel quadcore ones, they have weekly specials... mines due to arrive tmrw from them, mine was £737 in all, but there are cheaper ones!

Personally think that's a pretty good spec for the price, depending if you have a copy of an OS you can install yourself.

Will run photo shop nicely and game pretty decently too.

Core 2 Duo machine with 3gb of memory should be sufficient for what you need.
