Sure if you go to "any" graphics place they would design you one.
Not sure what fonts and format "sticker peeps" need.

All designed in CS3

providing that is the font she wants??

If you have illustrator planetx just type lil blondie out how you have above and save it as an .ai file.
She'll then be able to take that most places and they'd be able to use it with the existing logo.
