This is the thing being 25 next year and still living at home (in my defence being single and it costing too much to do on my own) i.e rather not rent but getting a mortgage.

I feel i should be putting money aside for a house deposit for when i do move out. but the temptation to have a mk2 focus rs is there

The guy with the German plates has done around 50-60 laps of the ring this year. Proper piece of kit, ap racing brakes, 420hp. Absolute weapon.

My mate at work is just about to put his performance blue focus RS up for sale he's owned it from new and has done less than 4k miles its raving mint and has lived in the garage since day one,what do you reckon it's worth as he don't have Internet,he's only selling it as going through a divorce

Pretty sure it's got lux pack 1 and leather,it's a 59 plate he ordered it as soon as they where announced think he waited about 18months for it

I should expect retail for that car is between 20-21,000 if its as described.

If he wanted rid of it quick you could probably sell it to a trader for around 17,000.

I'd have one without a doubt. The only problem you have is you have to tell people you've spent around 20k on a focus..
