wow - rolling on 24 inch Oz pallets!! Halfrauds doing them cheap at the mo. Look great but really bugger up your handling!

Dont need brembos those brakes are off one of the ford suvs that weight over 2.5tonnes

If they stop that then they wont have any problem stopping a 1400kg hot hatch hence why ford used them ;)

I'm not doubting their function, just thought they'd put something a little more pleasing on the eye!

I can imagine these will draw a lot of undesirable attention due to there status and association with Fast Fords on the whole :(

A shame that!

This happend to us when RS Turbo's were new. We had one as a company car and theives managed to take the CD player and wheels while the car was on our driveway in the middle of the night. They managed to break up next doors concreate patio slabs to rest it on and take what they wanted without anyone even hearing or seeing them, all on a busy estate!

Maybe they should start fitted flame throwers with alarm systems... but then mine would torch every person that walks past :D

LOL that sucks.

Didn't think people stole wheels these days anymore. Window was obviously smashed to get the locking wheelnut key.

Gutted.

RE: Brakes. It will have been things like that that helped to contain development costs. Without doing so, and by not using existing Ford parts where possible, the car probably wouldn't exist, so I wouldn't worry too much :D

Agree.

Bit silly and obvious leaving the locking nut in the glove box but suppose its one of those things you dont think will ever happen..

Would have thought it would have had a anti-jacking alarm. Clio does factory fit and your talking a 8,9 year old technology!

^^^I never knew that.

Ouch. Poor RS.
I never knew the Clio Factory fit had Anti Jack! Hard to imaging premium cars with it, its so last century!!

Yeh, why do I carry the wheel nut key in a bag of car bits and bobs (de-icer, scraper etc) in the boot of my car??? Seeing this has made me think time to leave it the key at home. It's not as if I've got a spare wheel.

09 plate and no locking wheel nuts, seriously unlcuky though

Locking nut key was in glove box, judging by smashed window.

Personally, on a car of that value i would've invested in 4 sets of locking nuts!

I keep my locking nut key in the car (won't say where) as it's needed if you get a flat!!
