New Gearbox

My Gearbox has gone on my 1999 1.2 RN I was wonderign what is the cheapest way to fix/ge ta new one, and how much this is going ot cost. I am in the midlands so might as well ask if anyone nearby kbnows anywhere decent reliable and best of cheap?

How much is this going to hurt me?

my mechanic is now mobile, hes excellent with clios, use to work on the race cars, if you want his number, ring me on 07769712624

i think he charges around £200-£250 to change a box

Is there any upgraded box I can put in? Like a box from a higher spec clio to improve accelerations or am i been silly?

24/7 spares just sourced me one out of a 2000 1.2 RN with 30k on for £116 inc vat and postage

just need it fitting now
