New Graphics Card for Dell Dimension 9100

Hi, I want a new graphics card, mainly so I can run Medieval 2 at a decent level when it comes out an improve on games I already have. I've no idea what graphics cards would be compatible with mine and how to install one properly when I get one(expect slotting it into a PCI slot, lol). Please help! Currently have a 3.0GHz P4 processor and 1GB of RAM (DDR2 I think). No idea what motherboard or graphics card I currently have, how do I find out!?

Depends whether it's PCI-e or AGP.

You would need to know what slots were on your motherboard and what ones are populated.

Can you take a photo of the motherboard and post it up?

Top one is existing graphics card, bottom one is my Tv card which I don't use so I can take that out if needed. Am I right in thinking I need a PCI express card? Do I just slot the existing graphics card out and put the new one in its place?

Just found my oringal order form, says I have a 128MB PCI Express ATI RadeonTM X300 SE.
