New HU plus new speakers?

Hi,

I'm looking into getting a new HU, i've been looking at the Sony Mex-R1 DVD MP3, does anyone have any views on these? Also I want to replace my standard front & rear speakers in my 172 Cup, does anyone know the size of these and does anyone have any good sugestions?

13cm speakers front and rear, you could go for components in the front and replace the tweeters in the dash.

i'm in a similar boat to you, do a search witihin this part of the forum and there's loads of advice on what to go for as well as where to go to buy it
