New laptop - vista outlook help

on my old laptop ive got xp with outlook 07. i exported all my e-mails into a .pst file.

copied this file onto my brand new laptop, it has vista with outlook 07. but when trying to import the file it comes up with an error. it says i need to run scanpst.exe but i cannot find it on my machine.

ive searched the web and the ms web site but i just cannot find it, can anyone help?

This Microsoft KB article should help. Make sure you have hidden files & folders turned on too.
