Hi all,

Just thought id send my first post as im new to the site...

Im picking up my Clio 182 on Saturday.... after 3 years of driving around in a 69hp Fiesta! cant wait!

Car is mint and cost £3000, 86k, its had a full engine rebuilt in april costing £2000 at a specialist garage... 04 plate... think this is a good deal, am i right?

managed to get an insurance quote for £580 too... can anyone recommend any other insurnce compies that dont come up on comparison sites which offer decent prices for someone in late 20s?

you could try Adrain Flux they were the cheapest for me

Welcome mate. who you insured with adrian flux are pretty good. not sure if they come up on comparison sites or not im 19 and pay 1400 with them which was almost half the price of anyone else.

thought i probably wouldnt get it any cheaper... just used to paying £250 for the fiesta! but then again it was group 2!

funny that... i actually gave Adrian Flux a call yesterday and it came back over a grand... I went with them about 6 years ago on my last GTi.. maybe their better for the younger drivers....
