Soft too, tread wear number is 80. No "street" compound with this one ;)

Definitely targeting the proper semi-slick track market, it being road legal is just a bonus really. Be interesting to see how it stands up against the top end track tyres like the A048.
 
Do you rate the ns2r on track Charlie?
Ive got the ns2 on the road and for the money they aren't bad. A bit loose in the wet but I expected that. In the dry, as good as any of the toyo, kumho, hankook etc.
 
The road NS2 was not that great, the NS2R is probably the best value for money track oriented tyre around.

No idea why they share such a similar name, they're worlds apart.
