New owner be gentle

My Mrs brought her Clio MK2 1.4 16v couple months ago as first car, bit rough around the edges but for a first car and price she paid can't complain, I'm wanting to top the oil up but getting different types needed from different places, 5w30, 10w30 & 5w40 ... Which do I need?🤦‍♂️

I think Renault recommended 5w-40 for most of the petrol engines on the mk2 clio, so any fully synthetic 5w-40 should be fine for it. If you have the service booklet for it, it should say in there.
