New shape clio exhaust trim?

can i get a piece of trim that allows me to poke a exhaust out of the back, and make it looks neat and tidy? ... i dont fancy cutting into a almost new car..

Nope, you'll either have to have the exhaust hanging under the rear bumper or cut the bumper.
