New Speakers

If i replace my stock speakers in my Clio mk II 1.5 dCi with speakers with stats

Sensitivity 83db
Wattage 40 (nominal) 160 (maximum)

Will there be a noticable difference in either sound quality or noise between the old ones and new ones?

(They're Sony XS-F1336 btw)

Don't use sony speakers!, if you havent bought speakers yet i highly recomend these: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/spl-dynamics-td-502.html they are awesome and their cheap now! used to be 60 quid when they came out
