both the colour and the interior is horrid. There must be at least 200 bright orange barcodes inside the car, each approx 2 inches wide. Everywhere u look is barcodes... what were Reno thinking!!!?

i saw that 2 weeks ago at reno, the colour looks different in the flesh, doesnt look as bright for some reasom.

looks sporty tho.

Can every one just note the top speeds on both models.

106 mph for the petrol and 101 mph for the dci.

How long before some one achieves a top speed of well over 120mph in one?

(I mean that sarcastically)

If you scan the barcode with one of them supermarket machines (DONT ASK ME HOW YOU GET IT ON THE f**kING CONVEYOR BELT ALRIGHT) would it bring up the price of the car, that would be sweet, although usless lol

maybe.

we all know Renault.

so probably.
think they will do one then? I thought the 172 Cup was a wider track, stiffer suspension and lighter (slightly?), cant you buy those options as an upgrade, technically making it a Cup already?

SORRY GUYS - NOT ALLOYS.

15 inch trims SAME as on old shape Megane, some Clios on continent and basic Laguna - most people stick after-market alloys on anyway.

DEFO wouldnt pay list thou!!

£9.2K for a dCi 65! only paid £600 more for an dynamique 80 with air, metallic and alloys!! AND sold the standard alloys for £300!

How come the windscreen wipers look normal too!?!?!?!! They dont have that crappy big black thing which all french cars seem to have...

thats a bloody good question and the only way I can think of answering it is that it is a french car which has been mirrored as the french wipers are the right way around so they dont need the big black box to move the wrong wiper closer to the corner of the screen on the drivers side.

So that pic is a cheat and is a picture of a french car mirrored, but well spotted!

[Edited by dave182 on 05 May 2004 at 10:06pm]

having another look the airbag pictures are also the wrong way around and they have removed the engine identifier from behind the front wheel as that would be back to front

(although that could be because its available in several different models and didnt want to adverise it as a particular one?)

The fuel fill up bits on the wrong side as well

They have done this before Renault have a look in price guides etc and look at the right hand drive Clios there all refections you can tell most obviously as the CD player buttons are the wrong way round
