Decided to get myself a nice new steering wheel from Omp ..didnt expect it to take weeks but supose its worth it,

Yes i did wire it and no took about 20 mins take old one off and fit the new one

If it's the OMP Targa then I've got the same wheel, the horn is connected to the OMP badge in the middle of the wheel, all the connectors are supplied.

I really like mine feels so much nicer than the standard Renault job. Be warned though that lovely suede/furry finish will last all of 4 weeks of regular driving before turning shiny and smooth.

What I'm interested in is where did you relocate the cruise control and speed limiter buttons? I'm looking to get a 182 sometime and would like to use my wheel with it. I suppose I'd have to get some form of bracket machined up and buy some switches off Tweeks to mount on the wheel. Other alternative is to throw them altogether.

wheel looks great, i'm looking at getting a suede one soon but have been put off by the fact that i've not heard of one that won't go smooth and shiny after a few weeks of use ! it's making me swap more towards a leather one tbh
