New Style Renault badge

Removed the old "Clio" and "Renault Sport" badges and fitted a new style "Renault Sport" badge over the two holes left by the old "Clio" badge.

I've fitted the new badge slightly different though and I'm not to sure if I'm happy with it yet, just after other people's opinions.

Tried to get a shot from more of a distance but the camera I was using is a bit crap so they came out blurry. lol I got them 2nd hand already sprayed.

Lol I know it does look wonky on that photo but in person it does look straighter . It was a right pain in the arse to do having to stick tape on the back of each individual letter and trying to get it all straight. Good eye by the way there is a chip on the "P".

Think I might just buy a new silver set to be honest.

Lol. Hey if everyone liked the same things we'd all be driving around in identical cars. :rasp: I just really disliked the old style badge and my Clio badge was hanging off as well.

Mine was from a guy who sells Renault memorabilia, £25 with 'or near offer', said £19 and it's free postage.

Forgot to mention something. In the pictures you can't tell but like a numpty I used white double sided sticky foam to stick the letters on to the boot lid. If you look at it from a certain angle you can see the white foam behind the letters. That's another reason why I might just get a set of silver badges.

This should now be regarded as the old style Renaultsport badge, as they've brought out a new version to be fitted to all RS's from now. Why they have to keep changing it, I don't know - I bought my 200 in December and it's already out of date!

Just pulled it off, mine came off in bits though. Could try putting abit of heat on it to loosen the glue?
