New style renault sport badge photos

I have been searching on here for pics but can't seem to find any. I need some pics of any RB 182s with the new 197 style renault sport badge. Also how did you get it so it wasn't on the wonk?

Not a RB, but you get the idea...

And to get it straight, I used a rediculous method of sellotaping a peice of string from one rear light to the other, and using that as a guide!

^^ that looks awsome. One thing i dont like about the new RS badges is that the clio badge on the other side looks stupid next to it. Where as the pic above has sorted that problem out. Nicely done

Lol i mean on the drive, its a stone drive on an uneven surface. There are small mounds, you don't really need to put the handbrake on at all in some parts.

After the ring trip, i might change things around, but that will require buying a new badge, so im going to wait a while.

Just noticed in this pic the discolouring behind the badge, was it from rubbing too hard to get the excess sticky stuff from the previous badge?

Not a fan of them on Phase 2s IMO the 197 RS Badge gives it a nice fresh look

Although I must admit I was toying with the idea until I seen it fitted to someones car on here

Was around £35.. had to before the new RS's were released, had it on back order for a good month or so. They are readily available now though.

yeah i used a bit of masking tape across from the clio badge to get it lined up, you see so many that are not in line and that would hack me of a treat!

Little idea I had, I will no doubt get the 197 one though when Im back in the sport:

Cheers Tom, recieved the badge this morning in the post, along with a nice little extra

Wanted to get it fitted today but its p!ssing it down at the moment.

Is the best way to remove the old one with a hairdryer to heat up the adhesive then take time to try and peel it off without damaging the paintwork?

I always use a hairdryer or heat gun to remove badges
