New Wheels for 172

Sorry if this is posted before but couldnt find it

Looking for some new wheels for my mk2 172, maybe a set of oz super t's Whats the correct offset, PCD and rim width i should be looking for?

PCD 4X100
offset is 48 at the moment, go lower, cup is et38ish, so anywhere in between, you'll be ok
go for 16's

so a set of 17" oz super t's at offset 37 would not be good?
what does offset mean?

how far they stick out from the car.. lower number's stick out more eg. et38 (cup) stick out 20mm (10mm each side) more than full fat et48 wheels
