New wheels

Few crappy iPhone pics. Picked these up the other day from budgie. Big improvement from the old ones which had met the curb too many times.

I'm not a fan of black/near black wheels. Looks like you're running on steelies.

Only good photographers can pull off such dark wheels on silver cars

Lol I wouldn't class taking a quick snap as the rain came down on my iPhone an attempt at a good photograph. Will get some with my Slr when I get a chance.

And just to clarify they are gun metal grey not black.

Thanks for all the comments though.

Was out with the dog earlier in the sun and grabbed a few more pics. Cars not clean but slightly better pics. Deffo needs lowering next.

Always creases me up when people say dark wheels look dirty. It's possibly the most retarded statement ever. So black cars look dirty do they? The bonus of very dark rims, is that they look pretty much the same colour clean or dirty. As opposed to silver, which looks dirty after 10 yards of normal driving. Not an issue for half the geeks on here who never even drive their cars. Firstly for fear of nano-marring the paint with the airflow, and secondly because they can't get it off their drive without dragging the sump and snapping their carbon splitter off.

Looks much better now. Top job. Drop it maybe 30-40mm. Done.
