I think if you do something with the centre caps on the wheel - they will look even better. I think the silver on white and blue, looks a bit wierd. If you respray them/try to take the shine off them it would really help.

never even thought of that, could make a big difference, any ideas as to how to go about it?

I'm not sure - you could try something proper pikey like - peel the sticker and chrome bit bit to reveal the plastic of the centre cap - get a little Renault diamond from somewhere (Like on the standard 172 wheels), spray the diamond blue and backing of the centre cap white. Could from a distance look good, but up close a bit w**k, but it's a reasonable idea. Personally, I think the centre cap makes a big difference. Renault Turinis look 10/10 but Speedline Turinis, just due to the centre cap are 8.5/10 for me.
