Hi Guys... Firstly my name is erm... Chris obviously, I am a nice guy as far as I have been told, and I like long walks on the beach.

Look a bit like Max Branning from Eastenders... So I'm not pretty but hey cant have it all.

Looking to buy my first Clio. Looking for a sport. Most likely the 172 Phase 2.

I have had many cars over the years including a Saxo 1.1, A 306 XRDT, A Fiesta Zetec S (3 Actually ) A Gold Astra Coupe Turbo with 239 BHP 250lbs torque:evil:. Then a Seat Leon TDI. Forgive me for this but a... MG ZR 1.4 :dapprove: And then back to a fiesta. And now looking for a bit more power but the same sort of size.

Even though I have now bought a house I really wanted some similar poer to the asra without the horrific fuel, insurance and maintence costs.

So a 172 it is...

Hi Chris, im also from Suffolk near Ipswich and ive also loved my mk Fiesta Zetec S's, had 2 myself and one with a 1.7 FRP lump! I was zsoc_dan on zsoc.com

Thanks guys. I actually live in Bury St Edmunds so not far from you at all. And The Boosh! I bought my current car from High Wicombe. I saw a couple of Modded clios while I was there... Either of them you?

Yea Paul about 15 mins. Might have to pop out for a meet at some point. From what I have seen there isnt many 172/182's about in Bury. Hopefully change that if/when I get one.

Yep lived in Bury for 7 years now. I've been reading up on Cs and you have had rather a few? Lol I saw a 182 Cup I think with the stripes in the sky blue colour? But that was a couple of years ago tho. To be honest I havent really paid much attention to Clios until recently. Its always the same... When I had my Astra all I noticed were other Astras lol

I used to be bud. Was up there a bit in the Coupe. After the 3rd Fiesta I lost interest as I had been there a lot. I might pop up a few times if I get the clio as its only about 60 seconds from my house lol.

Don't seem to remember the Astra. Which shape ZS do you have?

The Mk5 mate. The Astra was the Coupe Gold Turbo. It was fairly quick 240 BHP Do you know bridge run in bury? lol

I wish I could of kept it but cost so much to run.

I know bridge run rather well too... Plenty of 'meetings' there. Used to be there all the time in the first couple of cars I had. Then I go the Astra and only went up there if it was 'necessary' lol. Loved it. Still do. Probs be there a few times in the Clio if I get one.
