Newbie Needs help :)

Hi,

ive just bought a little 53plate cup 172 to do a couple of track days in over the summer, It had been sat for a year or so, so i got on with the basics, changing the oils etc etc. Anyway main point the pedal felt crap and really spungy. thought id found the fault as the n/s/r blead nipple had been cross threaded meaning it hadnt sealed . i found a replacment caliper, stripped,cleaned and greased them and set to bleading them, all calipers got fluid apart from this new one id fitted! i traced it back and im getting fulid to the compernsator valve (think thats what its callled) but only out of the oulet side to to o/s/r caliper!..

Are these interchangable with other cars or cup 172 specific?

I need this sorting before cadwell on the 26th

Have you disconnected the brake pipe at the caliper to see if its coming through the pipe ?
