Newbie question

I've been referred here by a mate of mine, I simply have one question:

Is there much work involved changing an old style Clio Cup 200 front bumper for a new one? I know its a modification teams had to do in the Renault Clio Cup a couple of years ago...

And before anyone says, yes I have searched and can't find anything.
