Hi All,

Just bought a little Clio 1.4 S Maxim to run around in...cost me £340 and is quite tidy really....

I didn't set out to buy a Clio but did pass my test in one so thought it would be nice to own one many years after!

I don't really do modifying and already I'm on the hunt for an OE ariel as the silly little silver one looks stupid and does not really work!

I do on the other hand like performance and track days and have owned a few tasty cars in the past.

Erm...I have already had visions of engine conversions and all that but at the end of the day it's just an old Clio thats in OK condition.

Thats all really....hope to find the answers to sort out the few little problems my car has!

Mk2 Golf Gti 16v
Mk4 Golf 1.8t running 230ish Bhp
Saxo Vts (one late mk2 one early mk2)
Mk3 Golf Tdi (was used to munch miles!)
Mk2 Golf Gti 8v
Mk5 Golf Gt Tdi 4motion

There has been a fair few more but they are the highlights..some may be considerd lowlights!!

Also had a few bikes too but had to give them up.

I am a bit of a VW man really, still on the hunt for my perfect Mk1 but after 5 years I am still looking!!

I have done small french hatchbacks before but never a smaller engined one so I am already getting frustrated but apart from that it's a nice change..just gotta fix the drivers seat so I can adjust the back!
