NEWSGROUPS .. Help Me!

Hey everyone,

i use bittorrent for all of my download needs but even with my 10mb connection my fastest download speed is 120K, not to mention the crippling upload speeds!

can someone PM me a guide of how to use newsgroups, which ones to use, etc...?
