Nickbrs182 Clio 182 Track Project

  RenaultSport clio 18
So I have been reading all the Clio projects going on and it's inspires me to crack on and get mine stripped and track prepared. I have had my Clio 182 since 2004 and was/is my pride joy so I couldn't bring myself to selling it when I had to do more mway miles, so I SORN the Clio and bought another car. It's been off rd for a yr now and I have done 2 track days At Brands (local track). I done a few Renaultsport track days few yrs back and a snowy snetterton one which was an experience, anyway 1st track day since its been my track car was with the car as it was for the rd all interior in etc etc, 2nd track day I stripped the interior mostly rear and fitted an OMP bucket seat and bought set of Team Dynamics Pro race 1.2s. Oil changed new brakes front which I was impressed with (mtec and ebc) I had ferodo brembo set up previously which were great as many Clio owners know. So With mist if the interior out the car was so light and felt good but not great for cornering. Standard cup shocks with Eibach springs and t1r's not good enough too much roll and loosing grip when temps up. So needing either shocks would like coilovers but ££ and also polybush kit also need exhaust poss Scorpion. Sorry bout the boring write up but this is how it stands at mo. not got many at mo but this what I got.
