Been following this for a while. It's not really a Nissan, they have just bought into an existing project.

It's spawned from a proposal from a couple of years ago for a new IndyCar. It's focus is on low weight and ground effect downforce. 75% of the weight and power are over the rear wheels.

The ACO have invited them to build the concept and race at Le Man's in its own unclassified catagory for cars with significant technical developments.

Can't wait tbh, it looks epic and is a brilliant concept.

I am amazed how this seems to go around corners. Surely it has low downforce on the front and less tyre surface area on the front end.

At least there are still some manufacturers willing to spend some cash to research new technologies.
