No reverse lights and fog lights ???

hey i have a clio v6 and suddenly my reverse lights and front fog lights have stopped workin.ive checked all fuses and bulbs etc and all is ok!!

i wondered if anyone has experienced this problem before and has a solution

Maybe the actual bulb holders at fault? Seems unlikely that that they've all gone...

ye i wasnt sure if maybe it was reverse switch sensor in gearbox?

I'd check the wiring.
It fails where the wires connect into the tailgate at the top, was a common fault on MK1 clios.

if you can, check for a connection between wires in the tailgate and wires in the car/roof. You won't be able to see the cores frayed in the wires from visual inspection alone.
Not sure how much that piece of loom will be but could be sourced from any MK2 clio I should imagine.
