No sound from rear speakers

I replaced the factory HU at the weekend with my alpine, everything is fine memory wise. the prob is there is no sound from the rear speakers. Any ideas?

Go through the menus on the headunit and check the balance, might be pushed all the way to the front by default or something silly.

i'm not stupid. everything is plugged in, i've checked the fade, balance etc.

check the wiring at the rear and trace it all the way along. by pulling on the harness u may have dislodged wires mate.. eaither that or they r f**ked mate. if they are i can send u down a spare set i have layin around mate i just ripped the ould system out..

kl mate no bother..check that tho mitght be the problem ..i had a similar issue after doin mione..the rear ones would come on then go off when they wanted and it was a snapped wire i couldnt c.if your doin it properlay relay the whole cars sreaker widing mate mite take a few hours longer but well worth it.
