noise coming from the passenger side front wheel when turning & at full lock

Hi people,

I have a noise coming from my passenger side wheel, but it only occurs when i'm turning or on full lock. I have just recently replaced the wheel bearing so im not sure what it is or what it could be?

Any ideas guys?
