172 with k-tec sound
hi guys n gals, basically when i start my car i get a deisel/tractor type noise which lasts for a couple of seconds, and at the same time the revs drop as if the car is going to stall, and then they pick up and the car idles fine no noise.
now sometimes it does stall if i dont give it any revs and other times it sorts itself out.
it only seems to happen after the car has had a run and then stood for 30 mins or so to cool off.
its very random and i can start the car 50 times or so and it start perfect everytime. wtf could it be, looked at the possibilty of the dephazer, but surely that would be a constant noise and wouldnt affect the starting/ initial idle, as the noise only lasts for a couple of seconds at the most.
the car runs perfect no lights/fault codes ect.
