Noise under hard acceleration

As title reads when the car is driven hard at about 3k upwards there is almost a tinny noise coming from what i can gather the bay.

Is this most probably the engine mounts or comething more serious?

ive got the same thing, when engine braking at high revs i hear wat sounds like a loose bolt vibrating, alot of ppl i kno are suggestin it to be exhaust related.

So it could also be the heat shield then ?
