noise when breaking and turning

hi hope someone can help
i have a ph2 clio 172 then needs a new dogbone mount i have the replacment bush kit and i am fitting it soon. but i now have a new noise when breaking at low speed or turning i am getting a groaning noise
any idea ???

also when fitting the bush kit do you kjust smother the greese on the polly parts etc ?

Try not breaking it?

CV or wheel bearing?

haha lol sorry braking
its not a grinding noise more like a bush groaning

Still got the noise it's happening when moving off now so it is getting worse
The dog bone mount has not sorted it
The local garage cannot find anything with the drivshaft cv joint etc
Any more ideas ????

Check your Discs & pads are ok
Caliper bolts
Ball joints
Track rod end
ARB bushes

They all make noises if something is wrong lol
