Noise when pulling off

Hi as the subject says really when i pull of i get almost a clunking knocking noise coming from what seems to sound like the drivers rear quarter any1 got any ideas. Its only when i pull off at about 1500-2000rpm. Also prob a stupid question but with me being new needs asking anyway. When to car automatically locks itself do you have to unlock it manually before opening the door on not?? because i dont want to knacker my central locking by just opening the door if im not meant to

At first i thought it was the jack in the boot but no im thinking maybe not. Its just coming from the drivers rear quarter panel so do you think maybe problem with suspension. Does anyone know if this is a common fault or not???

No, just pull the handle as normal and it'll unlock.
