Noise when turning wheel

I've noticed lately that sometimes when I start my car up, but not every time, it makes this noise when I turn the wheel.

I only ever notice it when I'm backing out of the driveway after its first started up, and don't notice it again once I'm driving.

Anyone know what it sounds like it could be? The power steering fluid was low so I'm going to get some more tomorrow.

Power steering pump, with low fluid levels they whine just as yours I'd doing.

Worth having a look over the pas system, see if there's a leak
