Noisey head

My top end seems quite tappy, would this be a sign the lifters need changing?

Its had 2 in the past 2 months as i thought that may be the issue, only started after the 1st change though.

Ill try get 1 in a bit, it sounds like metal on metal(duh i guess), very fast and tinny sounding. RPM related.

Dephaser?

doesnt have vvt so no dephaser.

sounds like it could be a loose spark plug. kinda fart noise!

you checked the tappets?

Plugs and coils all fine, the vid has amplified the sound i think and made it sound like a misfire.
I have not checked the tappets because i don't have the means to do it, tbh i drove it today and it wasn't bad at all, maybe due to the climate being a bit colder lowering temps a little.
