Noisey?

for some reason when my car i ideling i sounds very loud? like a ticking nois coming from the engine bay? also when im driving as im pulling away it seems to also come from under the floor where the rear seats should be?

Sounds alot like your exhaust.

I had this and I don't know how but my heat shield under the car (that goes around the exhaust) was in contact with the exhaust and rattling

doesnt sound like a rattel had a look under there, also i went to pull off the other dy and the was a big bang, like metl breaking and it felt like somthing from under the gearbox fell out, i put it in nutral, looked under the car and nothing? then pulled away fine and has been driving like normall ever since,
