Noisy boot lid

Car  LY 220 Trophy+IB PH1
My boot lid's got a bit of a rattle going on, can anybody else have a quick look at the metal arm/hook on the boot liner/bumper and tell me if there's has any play. Think mine might need changing.

there will be some front to back play, it might be the parcel shelf, mines rattleing at the moment.

there is a little tutorial to solve this problem and its basically sticking black tape on both sides i think

There's a better answer, if you open the boot and look at the plastic boot lining where the metal "n" shaped catch is, there's a small hole with a torque screw in it, its as simple as tightening that up.

Tighten it up a bit, and check it closes where you're happy with it, if it done, tighten it right up.

Mine was like it for 3 months until I was at a fellow CSer's house an he told me how easily it can be fixed.
