Noisy engine belt

Hi all,

I've recently noticed when I start the engine from cold one of the belts is VERY noisy. Its the belt on the bottom left if you look at the engine bay from the front of the car. Once the engine is warm the noise dissapears. The car has just under 36K on the clock

Please do excuse my lack of knowledge here...

What belt is this? If it was to snap whats the worst that could happen and how much is it to replace?

Its the AUX belt it is chnaged ever 36k service.

If it breaks 99% of the time it takes the cambelt out with it which is well top end rebuild etc looking £1k +

Get it changed along with the tensioner and idler.
