Noisy engine (possible dephaser?) and whiney engine noise

Hi guys, 182 noob here. Recently got it, the cam and aux belt were done by renault but I don't know if the dephaser was. After looking at a few threads in here on checking out a few videos on youtube sounds like mine wasn't done at the same time as the belts (which sounds a bit stupid). I'm going to call them tomorrow to see if it was done. The Vid is below

Also I noticed as I was about to make the video, when I turn on the ignition there's a whining/beeping noise coming from the engine, only noticed it today.

l've also done a self diagnostic when you push the wiper stalk in and turn the ignition on and a T came up which is suppose to mean an injection fault has been detected? Could this possibly the cause of the noise too? Bit clueless here

Not sure about the first problem but the second video the sound is coming from the throttle body, it's normal and everyone's does it. It just sounds louder with the bonet up!

To be honest that sounds like the dephaser to me. Mine is a bit like that but less clicky.
