Non genuine upper engine 172

Should have said upper engine mount.
Does anyone know of a good quality supplier for the above or should I stick with genuine?
£90 from Renault is a bit steep in my books.

Try GSF but im on my 2nd set so ive now got the KTR mounts as the others dont seem to last and yes i also have the poly dog bone.

The Vibra Tecnics uprated mounts are over £100 quid, so it's either OEM or uprated,
i'm sure some of the traders on here can beat Renaults prices.

That's the current one I have fitted. Seems to be a lot more solid than the Genuine upper engine mounts.

I've ordered a dogbone online so ill give you a buzz when it arrives and you can do both.

I bought an OEM equivalent one (so they claim) from Renparts. Certainly does the job and was about £50 if I remember correctly.

How often should you change the engine mounts?

Changed mine at 50k and noticed a good improvement, at 60k I powerflexed the fairly new dogbone mount, makes gear changing nice and smooth also quicker. Slight bit more vibration in cabin at idle but doesn't bother me prefer to have the sharper gear change.
