Non sport side skirts from ebay

Anyone know if the non sport side skirts from eBay, sold by a polish seller, are any good? Do they fit well etc I've heard mixed reviews, what fixings come with them etc if none what would I need to buy. Want as many reviews as possible before I buy a set
