Right my car need a damn good detail and after reading a few threads i've decided to have a crack myself.

I've bought myself a half decent polisher just waiting for it to arrive along with a few buckets, wash mitts, detailing brushing and a few more microfibre cloths.

This is what has already been delivered;

I've also got a snow foam lance for my pressure washer.

So my question is are the products i've got all ok and how do you suggest I get started?

If anyone can give give me a quick rundown on how to go about things and how to get the best out of my products it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Lols good start, don't really need the 2 waxes or the red mist but you have it now.

Have a look at the guide in the sticky and come back with some questions. :)

I literally just got carried away with the debit card, i'm dreading counting up how much I spent lol

My first question is how comes I won't need the two little panel pots as I thought it would be a good ideal to seal my work with some wax.

I think what gay boy, I mean Gally (;)) ment was you wont need both of them...either one or the other.

Id go with purple haze depending on your car colour.

The Red mist you have is it the "tropical" version??? Reason for asking is that one is slightly better then the standard. The standard one kills beading but does what it says, adds a layer of protection. You would obviously use that the next time you wash the car. IMO though you would be better off with something like FinishKare #425
