Not Running right 172 cup

Wondering if any1s had same problem my cup is holding back a bit on acceleration when cold very jerky and when warm feeling like its lacking or hesitating on power its had original new tdc and loom,cts sensor,service ngk plugs leads etc any advice could it be the pre cat landa? thanks

Mine does it when cold but pulls fine when warm but I out that down to plugs as I've put bosh in mine
