M Matt16v Car 300bhp MR2 Turbo Mar 18, 2006 #1 Oils prob a bit yukky, sounded like the tappets were sticking a bit. Shall I just use an engine flush then fill it back up? Never done this before so can some one reccomend a good product and let me know whats involved?

M Matt16v Car 300bhp MR2 Turbo Mar 18, 2006 #3 Will it not leave lots of crap in there though if it's gone lumpy ? I've forgotten where the filter is lol - is it easy to get too/off ? IIRC doesnt the sump plug need a funn square tool type thing to get it off?

M Matbrown Car Trophy Mar 20, 2006 #4 The oil won't be lumpy. Just get the engine warmed up then change the oil, filter is at the front. And yes, a square key is needed for the sump plug. Mat.
