I noticed that most of the dash stuff is blanked off & it looks like they took a rev counter from a Smart car :S (or is that what a 200 one looks like) it looks ok apart from some of the mods & the awful green on the interior.
Is it recorded ?

There was a thread on this car, engine and bodykits from scrapped cars, then put into a 1.2 shell to get it on the road IIRC.

Agreed, getting rid of a few tasteless mods is a lot easier than building one in the first place (and FAR cheaper!)
