NOT SURE WOTS WRONG HELP*

hey all got a problem with my car.... this light keeps flashing when i drive it.. and it feels really slow now and keeps jerking lik iam about to stale
sorry about size off pic.... can any 1 tell me wots wrong with it ... iam guessin it needs new spark plugs...wot u guys think?

It's probably the exhaust oxygen sensor! Mine's doin the same tho it's on solid! Have to get it looked at this week, tho not loosing any power!

yeah will get it checked in a sec.... the exhaust sounds like a tractor and its well embarrasing
