Not that cold!!

  Clio 182FF
Hi guys.

Right, i think i've done just about everything i can think of now in an effort to make my blower deliver cold air, yet its still not as cold as the outside air (when not using aircon) like it was on my 306!
I've had the aircon regassed and checked for leaks and thats fine. I've mended the little motor in the driver footwell that changes the temp flap allowing hot or cold air (and i've checked this fully opens both ways). I've even flushed the rad and engine block of coolant and completely changed this along with a new thermostat and got rid of any airlocks.:S
The blower works on all speeds and i do notice a difference in temp from hi to low, but it honestly never really gets that cold like it has on other cars (particularly when its freezing temps outside)!!
The interior temp sensor is the thermistor type rather than a spinning fan, and this is wired in fine with nothing too much to go wrong on it i would assume..:S
The outside temp sensor seems to work fine giving an accurate reading!!
With the aircon on it does make it colder but not a massive amount..

Ive scanned this forum for hours looking for answers and found nothing i haven't already checked.....
Could this be anything to do with heater matrix or blocked air supply? or could the interior temp sensor be slightly faulty?

ANY IDEAS GUYS PLEASE????
