Would it not be better to park on the bottom floor ? As chances are it'll be raining and obviously dark so we could actually see who's who as its lit up. Just a thought or is there normally more space on the top floor ?

From what I see, it's usually more empty on the top. But you're right, if it's dark and rainy, we'll park on the bottom floor.
