NTL to Virgin Media Problems.

My friend at work was on NTL dial up and has swapped to Virgin Media. Trouble is, its not working! The Dial up line is still working but the supposed broadband connection is not - any suggestions.

I haven't really noticed a difference since the swap, but then I was on normal virgin bb beforehand.
